The topic of sexual abuse is a sensitive one. Whether you were actually abused, someone told you that you were abused, or a therapist coached you to admit you were abused, it is painful and difficult to talk about. I have found that sharing my experience, has been therapeutic. This topic is not one that people are able to easily let out of the bottle that they have stuffed it in for many years.
